Jonathan Wells

Analyst

Jonathan is an analyst at Maui Capital. 

Jonathan has 4 years’ experience in private equity and corporate law.  His principal roles include assisting with the assessment of opportunities, valuations, transactions and supporting the management teams of investee companies.

Prior to joining Maui Capital in July 2011, Jonathan worked as a corporate lawyer at Bell Gully in Auckland as well as at Slaughter and May in London. Through these roles he obtained due diligence, M&A and general corporate law experience.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (in Economics) and a Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from the University of Canterbury. He has also completed Level 1 of the CFA Program.
