Alistair is an Investment Director at Maui Capital.

Alistair manages the deal analysis and execution function at Maui Capital and his principal roles include sourcing and reviewing opportunities, executing investments and overseeing fund investee companies. He is currently a director of Euro Corporation.

Alistair has 11 years’ business experience and joined Maui Capital at inception, having worked closely with the team previously.  Prior to his career in private equity, Alistair had various corporate and corporate finance roles in New Zealand and the UK, including most recently at Ernst & Young where he completed numerous M&A, valuation, due diligence and corporate advisory assignments.

Alistair has a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance (with First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws. He is married to Vicki and has three children.
