Maui Capital currently manages the Maui Capital Indigo Fund, which has committed capital of $250 million and is open for investment.

Prior to establishing Maui Capital in 2008, members of the Maui Capital Investment Team comprised the management team that set up, managed and invested the highly successful Hauraki Private Equity No. 1 and No. 2 Funds. The track record and investments of the funds we have managed and / or currently manage are detailed below and in the 'Our Experience' section.
Maui Capital Indigo Fund (2008):
- Open for investment
- $250 million of capital, committed by 3 Australian specialist Private Equity fund of fund institutions (~$100 million) and more than 600 NZ-based institutions and private investors (~$150 million)
- Has two current investments - a strategic stake in Norfolk Group, an industrial services platform and a 50% stake in Insulpro Manufacturing, a New Zealand manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation
Hauraki No. 2 Fund (2004):
- Fully invested and partially realised
- Invested in the industrial services, retirement village, construction services and outdoor equipment retail industries
- To date has realised a gross return to the fund of approximately 4.0x fund capital invested (IRR of >75%)
- To date has realised a net return (after all costs, fees and manager's share of carry) to investors of 3.2x entire fund commitments (IRR of >60%)
- The fund's remaining investment in Vision Senior Living has yet to be realised
Hauraki No. 1 Fund (2002):
- Fully invested, realised and now closed
- Invested in the electronic payments, equipment rental, aged care and engineering and manufacturing industries
- Realised a gross return to the fund of approximately 4.9x fund capital invested (IRR of >70%)
- Realised a net return (after all costs, fees and manager's share of carry) to investors of approximately 3.6x money (IRR of >50%)
